Thank you for shopping with Buzzless. Below you will find important information regarding our shipping process, delivery timelines, and order handling.

1. Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.

During periods of high demand, holidays, promotions, or seasonal sales, processing times may be slightly extended.


2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship within the United States only.

At this time, we do not offer international shipping.


3. Shipping Rates

We are currently offering FREE Standard Shipping on all orders within the United States.

Standard shipping rates may return in the future at a flat rate of approximately $4.99 USD per order.

Any applicable shipping charges will always be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.


4. Estimated Delivery Times

Estimated delivery time for most orders is:

  • 7–12 business days after shipment

Please note that delivery times are estimates and are not guaranteed.

Shipping delays may occur due to:

  • Incorrect shipping information provided by customers

5. Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking information.

Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after shipment.


6. Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information at checkout.

Buzzless is not responsible for delays, lost packages, or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses submitted by customers.


7. Lost, Delayed, or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility rests with the carrier.

If your package is significantly delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but cannot be located, please contact the shipping carrier first.

8. Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • Your order number
  • Photos of the damaged item
  • Photos of the packaging
